Enel Skypiea
Enel is a character from the manga and anime One Piece, created by Eiichiro Oda. He is the main antagonist of the Skypiea saga, which takes place on a floating island called Skypiea, located above the clouds. Enel is introduced as a self-proclaimed "God" who rules over Skypiea with an iron fist.
He possesses a Logia-type Devil Fruit called the "Goro Goro no Mi" (Rumble-Rumble Fruit), which grants him the power to control and transform into electricity. Thanks to this ability, Enel is virtually invulnerable to conventional physical attacks, making him one of the most formidable opponents faced by the Straw Hat Pirates up to that point.
Enel is portrayed as a cruel and disdainful villain, who uses his powers to subjugate and terrorize the inhabitants of Skypiea. He believes himself to be a divine being and views others as mere pawns in his game. His arrogance is a central characteristic of his personality, and he often underestimates his opponents.
