Ginyu
Also known as Captain Ginyu, is one of the main characters in the Namek saga of Dragon Ball Z. He is the leader of the Ginyu Force, an elite group of mercenaries in service to Frieza, one of the main antagonists of the series.
Ginyu is an extremely powerful and skilled fighter, as well as a cunning strategist. He is known for his arrogant and confident demeanor, as well as his absolute loyalty to Frieza. His position as the captain of the Ginyu Force puts him in a position of authority over his subordinates, including Recoome, Burter, Jeice, and Guldo.
One of Ginyu's most notable abilities is his special technique, known as "Change Now!", which allows him to switch bodies with any other living being. He uses this ability in an attempt to defeat Goku during the Namek saga, but ultimately fails when Goku manages to reclaim his own body.
